I’ve had some trouble trying to decide what to write about in my first blog here, so I thought I would educate a bit from personal experience. I know not every girl or guy is into squirting but it has always been something that inerested me and something that I always wanted to do. I tried for a couple of months to get myself to the point of squirting orgasm with little success. That is, until a few nights ago…..

What this leads me to believe is that contrary to popular rumors, all girls can (with a little practice) make themselves squirt. This isn’t just for girls though. Guys, you can use these techniques to make your partner learn to squirt as well. Ok, first thing…you may want to trim your nails before you get started….unless you are into stabbing your insides, then by all means do what gets you off. I find it helps if you are excited before going into the actual process.

So, take your strongest hand and throw up your horns (the metal heads know what I am talking about but for those that do not, fold your middle and ring finger down, grabbing them with your thumb, leaving first finger and pinky erect) Now, point your erect fingers down between your legs and pull your tumb away, returning it to it’s normal position. Keeping your middle and ring finger curled, insert them inside of yourself and feel around the upper vaginal wall for a swollen, textured area. Press your fingers firmly against this (grats! you just found the g-spot! lol) and rest the palm of your hand against the clitoris. Start to masturbate in a pulling motion keeping your fingers on the g-spot and stimulating the clit with the palm of your hand.

You may need to be a little rough with this (guys, you are not going to hurt her…a vagina can take a beating, trust me and if it gets uncomfortable she will let you know, I am sure.) Once you feel yourself on the verge of orgasm, push with your pc muscles. I find that at this moment, or throughout the process if you like, it helps to be at something of an incline. Stack a few pillows against the headboard and spread your legs as wide as you can. When you push with the pc muscles (think reverse kegel for this) lean forward a bit like you are doing a sit-up. When it happens, you will feel a gush of warm liquid in your hand. This is not pee! It is actually almost impossible to pee when that sexually aroused and close to orgasm (similar to males having issues peeing with an erection.) More than likely your hand will block the squirt but experiment with pulling your fingers out before you push and stimulating the clit to start getting some distance if you so desire. It may take some practice to get this to happen for you but it is worth it! Besides, who can complain about practicing something so damn fun.
